Authorized by the Hengqin New Area Administrative Committee, Da Hengqin Public Facility Management Co. Limited（DHQCZ） act for the platform enterprise that management and maintenance of municipal public facilities, and has undertaken series of project such as sanitation cleaning, street lighting, landscaping, comprehensive pipe gallery, roads and ancillary facilities, sewer network and pumping station, etc.

Scope of management and maintenance

1. The pipe gallery, which includes Huandao North Road, Huandao East Road,  Hong Kong-Macau Avenue, Hengqin Avenue and Huandao West Road, is totally about 28.5 km;  and the three comprehensive pipe gallery supervising center that distributed in Huandao North Roan, Hong Kong-Macau Avenue and Hengqin Avenue.   

2. There are tens of thousands of streetlights around the sections of Huandao North Road, Huandao East Road, Henqin North Road, Henqing West Road, Houpu Road, Changlong Avenue, Cuiyi Dao and Shengzhou Er Road, Qinghai East Road, Haojiang Road, Hong Kong and Macao temporary Road, Hong Kong and Macao Avenue, Hengqin Avenue, Central Avenue and the south sections of Huandao Weat Road, etc.

3. The area of  municipal road sanitation cleaning is over one millionsquare meters, includes Hong Kong-Macau Avenue, Hengqin Avenue, Central Avenue, Houpu Road, Qinhai West Road, Changlong Avenue(to the west of the tunnel), Huandao West Road, etc.  In October this year, Xiangjiang Road and Qinshi Road are newly added.

4.The maintenance area of  municipal road is over one million  square meters include Hong Kong-Macau Avenue, Hengqin Avenue, Central Avenue, Houpu Road, Qinhai West Road, Changlong Avenue(to the west of the tunnel), Huandao West Road, and part of the pumping station, people channel, tunnel, bridge and automatic car wash platform of Hengqin New Area.

5.  Huandao East Road, Huandao North Road(the demonstration area) and Bridge Street Garden, DX-17, NB25 cover the green land area of about 300 thousand square meters,and the three-dimensional green walls of 2583 square meters

6. The total length of rain pipe of sections of Huandao West Road, Changlong Avenue, Central Avenue, Hong Kong- Macau Avenue, Qinhai Avenue, Qinhai West Road and Houpu Road and so on  is about 70 thousand meters long, and the sewage pipe along the sections covers the area of about 65 thousand square meters.

7. The total length of communication pipe to the southern section of Huandao East Road, the southernmost of Huandao West Road, Changlong Avenue and Huandao North Road is about 23km.
